CyTech Systems & Services ("we", "our", or "us") operates the MY YATRA (माझ्या यात्रा) mobile application and web service (the "Application"). This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of personal data and information when you use our Application.

1. Information We Collect

To provide seamless pilgrimage and tour travel planning, member management, and shared expense ledger functionalities, we collect the following types of information:

• Account & Identity Information: When you register or sign in, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and user role (Manager/Pilgrim).

• Yatra & Tour Data: Travel plans, daily itineraries, member/passenger names, travel dates, train/flight notes, and contact references.

• Financial & Expense Ledger Records: Expense entries, collection/contribution amounts, split balances, receipts, and descriptions created by users for transparency among group members.

• Photos & Documentation (Optional): If you upload receipt images or pilgrimage memory photos, these images are stored securely for group documentation.

• Device & Technical Information: Standard technical identifiers such as device type, browser/PWA client version, and operating system for diagnostics and session continuity.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely for:

• Facilitating tour itinerary planning, expense recording, and member coordination.

• Authenticating users and securing access to group data via Firebase Firestore.

• Syncing real-time updates among authorized yatra group members.

• Creating downloadable PDF reports and Excel summaries requested by group organizers.

• Maintaining application stability, security, and customer support.

We DO NOT sell, rent, trade, or monetize your personal or financial data to any third parties or advertising networks.

3. Third-Party Services & Data Storage

The Application utilizes trusted cloud infrastructure providers to operate:

• Google Cloud Platform & Google Firebase: Used for secure user authentication, database management (Cloud Firestore), and real-time syncing.

• Google Play Services: For application distribution, crash diagnostics, and standard platform APIs.

Data transmissions between your device and our servers are encrypted in transit using industry-standard SSL/TLS (HTTPS) protocols.

4. Data Retention and Account/Data Deletion

• Retention: We retain yatra records and user data only as long as necessary to provide the service or until deleted by the user/administrator.

• Data Deletion Request: Users may request complete deletion of their account and associated yatra records at any time by:

  1. Using the in-app delete/export tools available to organizers, or

  2. Contacting us via email at support@cytechsystems.in. We will process data removal requests within 30 days.

5. Children’s Privacy

Our Application is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information directly from children. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a child has provided us with personal information without consent, please contact us.

6. Security

We value your trust in providing us your personal information and strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. All data stored in our database is subject to strict role-based access rules and security protocols.
